Let’s say it’s on the near horizon.
On July 16 the Programming committee will begin reviewing Speaker Applications. Speaker selection begins August 2, 2010.
Seems like a lot of time until you realize it’s Summer!
Speaker applications will be accepted through August 1, 2010.
If you know someone who would like to speak, nominate them – or they can nominate themselves – as soon as possible. Earlier nominations will benefit from more committee attention 
so get those nominations in.

A comment on the last post about Speaker ideas asked us to “show San Antonio something new.” TEDx is about the community so we’ll keep working on getting together the best speakers we can. But hey, San Antonio! Show us who ya got! And let’s get them in the mix.
